A private space for reflection and becoming
The journal that shows you what you keep circling.
Write for a week. Nouvel reads across all of it, names the patterns underneath, and points at the exact sentences that gave it away.

What I'm noticing
Most journals hold your words. This one reads them back.
After about a week of writing, Nouvel looks across everything at once rather than one entry at a time, and tells you what it keeps finding.
-
1
It names the pattern.
Two or three specific observations in your own language. Not a mood score, not a diagnosis. Things like "Apologizing for things not yours to carry."

-
2
Then it shows its work.
Open any pattern and it hands back the exact entries behind it, quoted and dated. No black box. You can always check whether it is right about you.

-
3
One tap and you are back in the page.
Straight into the entry it came from, in the book where you wrote it, with a small practice tucked in the corner if you want somewhere to take it.

It reads only what you wrote, and only for you. Nothing it finds is shown to another person, and nothing you write trains a model.
Inside
Built like something you would keep.
-
Five ways in
A different door for a different day.
Free writing when something is already there. A prompt when nothing is. Identity scripting, relationships, and a letter to the life you are moving toward.

-
The blank page
Nothing between you and the writing.
One question, one page, a serif that reads like a book. No formatting bar, no word count, no timer counting you down.

-
A real book
Pages that actually turn.
Your entries bind into a spiral notebook you read by turning pages, with tabs down the edge for each month and a cover you choose yourself.

-
Life Blueprint
Your whole story, in six chapters.
Childhood through who you are now, six in all, with four rooms inside each: family, friends, school or work, and on your own. The next chapter opens when you have written in the last.

-
A garden
Something that grows, with nothing to lose.
It fills in as you write. There is no score attached, no plant that dies when you miss a day, and no way to fall behind on it.

What it will never do
No streaks. No badges. Nothing to break.
Understanding yourself is not a game. There is no counter to protect, no notification telling you that you have fallen behind, and no red dot waiting when you come back after a month away. You will never open Nouvel and feel that you failed at it.
This is not a feature we are waiting to add
Privacy
Yours, and only yours.
On your phone first
Everything saves locally, so the app works with no account and no connection. Sync goes to your own private space and nowhere else.
No ads, no trackers
Nothing about you is sold, and your entries are never used to train any model. There is no advertising network in the app at all.
You can stay anonymous
Use the whole app without giving a name or an email. Signing in with Apple is optional, and only there so your writing can follow you to another device.
Leave whenever
Delete any entry from inside the app, or ask us to delete your account and everything synced with it, and we will.
It only reads when you act
Nothing runs on a schedule or in the background. A reflection appears after you save an entry, and patterns are gathered only when you open that screen yourself.
The model never ships with the app
Every AI feature runs on our server, so no key and no model sits on your phone, and only the entries a feature needs are ever sent.
Every detail of what is stored, what is sent, and who processes it is set out in the privacy policy.
From the founder
Hi, I’m Nysa.
Many of us spend years learning about the world, yet very little time learning about the person experiencing it. This is your space to change that.
Journaling has transformed my own life in ways I could never have imagined. It gave me clarity, helped me understand myself, and changed the way I experienced the world. My hope is that it becomes just as meaningful for you.
